This Statement of Work (SOW) document details the intentions and deliverables set by Cee Ng of CEEATTLE Studio and Bob McGraw Jr. of Series A company on September 1, 2024 for the commitment to commence working together through a one-month partnership agreement.
This document includes:
- An outline of the work to be undertaken.
- Time frame and our fees needed to complete the work.
The term of this SOW will be a one-month project from September 1, 2024 to September 30, 2024 to complete the scope set forth herein.
All changes to this document will be logged through a change management process for reporting on associated impacts.
This SOW is required to be signed off prior to commencement of this project.

Brief overview
Series A company has chosen to partner with CEEATTLE Studio to build a new approach in shifting its market proposition to target the ICP: Enterprise-market segment to assist converting leads to customers with a clear brand recognition across owned assets and materials.
Bob aims to consolidate its market presence in the U.S., with a focus on attracting its new customer base with an aim for a 15% conversion rate from leads.
To support this goal, CEEATTLE Studio will develop a comprehensive update, to Series A company's brand book. This updated brand book will serve to unify the company's visual identity and design guidelines across selected owned assets and collateral. By ensuring consistency and coherence across various touchpoints, the brand book will reinforce the startup’s brand identity and messaging, enhancing its overall market impact and resonance.

Leadership team
Receives stakeholder alignment on progress towards strengthening the foundational elements for brand recognition of the startup in the U.S. during its Series A business stage. This is facilitated by creative work that not only aligns with their desired business goals but also adopts a unified and cohesive approach to reinforce brand recognition.
Sales team
Receives a new version of its standard provided sales deck in Google Slides format to easily switch out the prospect’s logo on the cover slide. This ensures consistency with initial marketing touchpoints throughout the entirety of the sales process and funnel from the prospect’s point of view.
Marketing team
Receives a comprehensive set of new assets to serve as foundational elements for their production efforts These assets will provide a solid framework and creative starting point for the team when developing various marketing outputs. By having access to these assets, the marketing team can streamline their workflow, expedite the production process, and ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing materials.
Additionally, these assets will empower the team to maintain a cohesive visual identity and effectively communicate the company's value proposition to its target audience.

Early contributions to the Android space as a voice in product design led him to collaborate with many household names in the mobile tech sphere. Outside of product, his work in marketing and creative strategy bolstered these efforts through a nonprofit producing a leading Android conference series bringing together OEMs, vendors, and developers from around the world.

Brand Book: Cohesive Design System for Owned Assets & Collateral
CEEATTLE Studio will work with Series A Company to redefine its market proposition with a cohesive visual identity, in preparation to start targeting the ICP: Enterprise-market segment to assist converting leads to customers with a clear brand recognition across owned assets and materials.
- Development of a cohesive visual identity design system for startup’s brand to provide clear guidance to the team for consistent use of design elements. This system is essential for building and maintaining a strong brand identity across various touchpoints and owned assets & collateral used in FY24Q4.
- Extension of the brand book to version 2 to incorporate instructions on utilizing the design system for specific batch 1 production assets, such as landing pages and email templates. This update will include defining design principles and guidelines aimed at ensuring consistency in the market and reinforcing company’s brand identity.
