Dear Bob,

This Statement of Work (SOW) document details the intentions and deliverables set by Cee Ng of CEEATTLE Studio and Bob McGraw Jr. of Series A company on September 1, 2024 for the commitment to commence working together through a one-month partnership agreement.

This document includes:

  • An outline of the work to be undertaken.
  • Time frame and our fees needed to complete the work.

The term of this SOW will be a one-month project from September 1, 2024 to September 30, 2024 to complete the scope set forth herein.

All changes to this document will be logged through a change management process for reporting on associated impacts.

This SOW is required to be signed off prior to commencement of this project.

Series A company has chosen to partner with CEEATTLE Studio to implement a Demand Generation Program focused on conferences and industry events, aimed at boosting customer acquisition within the enterprise-market segment.

The program will leverage targeted event marketing strategies to engage decision-makers and convert high-quality leads into customers, supporting the company’s goal of achieving a 20% increase in qualified lead volume.

CEEATTLE Studio will design and execute event-specific campaigns, optimizing the startup’s presence at key industry gatherings. These efforts will ensure brand consistency and drive demand generation through compelling messaging and tailored engagement strategies.

Conferences & Industry Events: Demand Generation Program

CEEATTLE Studio will partner with Series A Company to implement a targeted Demand Generation Program focused on leveraging conferences and industry events to drive customer acquisition and expand their enterprise-market presence.

  • Development of event-specific demand generation strategies aimed at engaging enterprise-level prospects through key industry events. These strategies will be designed to optimize lead conversion and align with the company’s growth objectives in FY24Q4.
  • Creation of customized marketing and sales assets for use at events, including landing pages, email templates, and event collateral. These assets will follow a cohesive design system to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, reinforcing Series A Company’s identity and messaging throughout the demand generation process.

  • Figma File: Demand generation program marketing and sales assets (landing page, email, and event collateral)

Out of scope

All costs are +/- 10% contingency and do not include:
  • Travel OOPs (flights, accommodation, & per diems)
  • Additional agency services beyond the project timeframe are billed at $350/hour for ad-hoc change orders
