Todd Dekkinga is CISO and Head of IT at Sycomp, a global IT services and logistics provider headquartered in Burlingame, California, that has shipped, deployed and managed complex IT and security projects in more than 150 countries for Fortune 500 customers.

He brings more than 25 years leading cybersecurity, risk management and IT organizations, having served as CISO at five companies including Zluri, Scrut Automation and Airgap Networks, with board and advisory roles spanning Zoom, Box, Hetz Ventures and Blumberg Capital's CIO Advisory Board.

Todd is active in The CISO Society, SIM San Francisco Bay Area and the Consortium of Information Systems Executives, where he helps shape how security leaders think about enterprise risk.

Marc Menninger, CISSP, CRISC, is the Director of Information Security at JND Legal Administration. He has led three companies through their first ISO 27001 certification and has built and scaled security programs in the legal services, education technology, and eDiscovery industries.

Marc began his career as a Computer and Communications Officer in the U.S. Air Force, where he supervised a team of UNIX system administrators and helped manage classified military networks. He later served as Vice President of Corporate Information Security at Washington Mutual, where he led the company's first enterprise-wide information asset inventory.

Marc is a former president of the ISACA Puget Sound Chapter and has held the CISSP certification since 2000.

Fred Wilmot is CEO and Co-Founder of Detecteam, a Seattle-based company automating detection engineering to build, test, ship, and validate security posture against real adversary tactics. He is a core dev lead on the Agent Control Standard OWASP project as well. He has served as first CISO at three organizations, including the $100 million identity provider JumpCloud, founded Splunk's Global Security Practice driving the Enterprise Security line of business to $500 million in six years. He launched Devo's SecOps platform selling $24 million in its first year and becoming the cyber weapons platform for the USAF.

Earlier in his career he built security operations centers for federal and allied government organizations, developed DoD cyber weapons and delivered the first SCADA systems detections for the Department of Energy. Fred co-founded DEF CON's Red Team Village, Texas Cyber Summit and has presented OT and AI research at the major U.S. security conferences.
