A 60-minute individual consultation costs $1,000. Payment is required in advance to confirm the appointment. CEEATTLE members receive a 20% discount.

Payment can be made via Zelle (for domestic clients) or on this website (for international clients). Please do not make payments via alternate methods without first discussing with Cee. If applicable, you are responsible for any transaction fees in addition to the consultation fee.

Consultations are conducted via Google Meet – a secure, encrypted teleconference (audio/visual) platform. You can access the platform via a link provided by Cee once payment has been received. There is no need to download anything or to make an account.

At the beginning of the session, you will be asked to tell Cee whatever information you think she needs to know to make sense of your situation. Your goals will then be confirmed, and Cee will become increasingly more participatory and directive as the session progresses.

While no formal preparation is required, it is a good idea to spend some time considering what you would like to discuss in the meeting, so that the session is maximally beneficial to you.

Yes – consultations are confidential. Cee does not record sessions for distribution and will not share your identifying information. Sessions may be recorded privately using tools like Fathom for personal notetaking and follow-up purposes only.

Keep in mind that confidential does not mean legally privileged. Since a consultation does not constitute a formal advisory or legal relationship, disclosure may be required under certain circumstances (e.g., a subpoena).

Cee may use insights from consultations as inspiration for content, podcasts, or educational materials. In these cases, your identity will never be revealed, and all identifying details will be changed to protect your privacy.

Due to the confidential nature of the work, Cee does not collect testimonials from past consultation clients. Please refer to her podcast, The CEEATTLE Podcast with Cee Ng, for a general understanding of her beliefs and methods.

To protect her time, Cee institutes a cancellation policy with respect to consultations. She will keep 50% of the consultation fee for the first last-minute (within 48 hours) cancellation or no show, and 100% of the consultation fee for the second. She will only attempt to reschedule a session once.
