Will this work for my industry?

How much of my time does this take?
The Brand Audit requires two focused sessions with you: one at the start to open the hood, one at the end to walk through the transformation map. Between those sessions, the work is mine. I don't need your calendar.
What if I already have a marketing team?
Good. I'm not your marketing team. I'm above your marketing team. I provide the strategic eye and the standard that directs everything underneath it. Most operators find that having a Chief Brand Officer at the table makes their existing team significantly more effective.
What happens after the audit?
