STEP 1

Partnership Proposal & Initial Quote

Once we establish that your business and CEEATTLE are a strong fit, we work collaboratively to develop a tailored Partnership Proposal. This document outlines your objectives, key deliverables, and engagement timeline. This proposal includes a transparent initial project quote, typically scoped to the first phase of work, so you have clear alignment on scope, investment, and expected outcomes before project kickoff.

Step 2

Masters Service Agreement (MSA)

Before work commences, our engagement begins with a Master Services Agreement (MSA), the legal foundation for how we do business together. This agreement establishes trust, clarity, and alignment between your business and CEEATTLE, our consultancy house. It ensures both parties are protected while creating the structure for a productive, long-term partnership with:

STEP 3

Statement of Work (SOW)

Once the MSA is signed, the partnership proposal and initial project quote are approved (with purchase order received), we prepare a Statement of Work (SOW) for each project.

Every SOW outlines scope, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities, providing a clear blueprint for execution. Multiple SOWs can run in parallel, allowing your business to scale initiatives simultaneously while maintaining full transparency and alignment.
