Job flow overview

This summary overview translates the process methodology into work activities typically seen in a project. A more detailed process deck is available by request.

Our process for enterprise clients is built on a tried-and-true methodology that has been proven successful with Fortune 50 companies. We start with an in-depth discovery phase, where we analyze your brand, market, and objectives to develop a strategic roadmap. From there, we translate that strategy into actionable work streams, including creative development, media planning, and performance tracking.

A chart of the job flow process: Discovery & definition, Concept development, QA & legal review, Build deliverables, Release, Measure.

Throughout a project together, we maintain close collaboration with your team to ensure alignment, adjusting tactics as needed based on real-time data and insights. This process allows us to deliver consistent, measurable results at scale.

Job brief series

Our system of focused briefs are instrumental to trafficking work efficiently through the agency and to produce great creative output for you.

They create clarity in objectives that reflect our project delivery and promote excellence in clear communication from all stakeholders.

1

The client brief

Have a clear understanding of the differences in brief objectives, identify and agree upon set needs of individual project/client ask, and executing to the approved brief, not the conversation. Mitigate risks and include all stakeholder’s alignment to move forward with project delivery.

This communication of written form between agency and client ensures brief-in to creatives/production matches with the scope originally defined and/or flag if SOW needs to be revisited with client.

The creative brief

A creative brief includes a background on the business’s past branding, its standing in the industry, and the names and standings of its key competitors. Information on key audience sectors is also very important. This should focus on what drives them to favor or avoid certain brands, for instance how strongly they feel about their decisions, and who influences their decision-making.

This brief highlights aesthetic elements to be used in establishing a creative strategy, including but not limited to core visual elements like logos, secondary elements like color and typefaces, and supporting elements like auditory motifs. Though such restraints are often kept to a minimum to give designers relative freedom to explore options once a concept is approved.

  • Used specifically in projects that require creative strategy

  • Emphasis on aesthetic elements

  • Needs collaboration from client and expert(s)

  • Used to address problems primarily through a creative strategy

3

The project brief

A project brief can only be defined if a creative concept exists. The approved creative concept can either be done by CEEATTLE’s creative team or an existing campaign direction.

The project brief is to include detailed directions of the tactic/execution such as specs, timings, the ask, and history of project.

  • No creative concepting is to take part of this brief

  • Focuses on technical matters

  • Solves scope, time and budget for the overall campaign

  • Tactics, such as website, brochure, emails, animation, and sales aid

4

The action brief

An action brief defines consolidated client feedback and/or rounds of internal reviews.

All detailed instructions including asset location on the server and final manuscript to be provided by the project manager. This action is to be approved by the lead creative on the campaign/brand before entering production (design/studio).

  • This is a formal debrief

  • Change orders may be requested to move forward with action briefs if it exceeds agreed # of rounds/changes
